My tattoo Search

I am interested in tattoos, especially ones that mean something to the bearer. I personally find Maori tattoos to be extremely attractive. If i was Maori, or married to one, I would definitely have some. I really like them on the face, which I think is very cool.

So my first tattoo is on my spine, about four inches above my crack, because I wanted to be able to hide it from my parents and weirdos. So if you haven't seen it, feel free to ask. I will try to find a picture of it, so you can see it before you see me.

The thing about tattoos is that they are addicting. Once you have one, you want another one. This is a problem, because they are kind of permanent and slightly expensive, especially if you decide in twenty years that you don't like it. So I have been thinking long and hard about what to get for my next one. I am also trying to decide where to put it. I don't want anyone to see it. I prefer it to be a surprise, like it usually is. I am kind of geeky, so most people don't really suspect me of having a tattoo. Here are some ideas I am considering for my next tattoo. I would really like to include something Celtic, with knot work and some other neat designs. As soon as I can borrow a digital camera and figure out how to load it, I will put a picture of my tattoo up too.

I've been looking around for more good tattoo ideas. I would like to find a way to incorporate celtic knots with my Om and create a larger picture on my back. I am also considering something astronomical, like using elvish stars to do Cassiopeia on my shoulder. I think that wings would be interesting, but I am still afraid of having visible tattoos, and how people react to them. But the thought has been on my mind to make my back a large mural of beautiful portentious pictures. But I need to find a really good tattoo artist to do it.

A great celtic tree

I would skip the words

This is a classic piece

Simple, yet beautiful

I think this one would look great on the top of my spine, at the base of my neck.

I even like the colour

I would have to take the words off this one too, but it could be incorporated with my existing tattoo, which is the main goal.

A good knot

The original Classic

I really like this one, it is quite classic, and could also be the tree of knowledge.

Here the original picture that I took my tattoo from. It is pronounced "Ohm" as in the measure of electricity or resistance. There are several versions, but this was my first that was large enough to copy. the sound the universe makes when it breaths...
